What is ProductSights?

ProductSights is a feedback intelligence platform that helps product teams:

  1. Collect feedback from 12+ sources — Slack, Intercom, email, app stores, and more
  2. Triage automatically with AI that classifies, scores, and deduplicates every piece of feedback
  3. Explore trends through interactive dashboards and natural-language AI queries
  4. Act by syncing insights to your roadmap tools or querying from your IDE

How it works

ProductSights follows a four-step pipeline:

  1. Ingest — Feedback arrives from connected sources or manual entry
  2. AI Triage — Each item is classified into a category (feature request, bug report, etc.), assigned a sentiment score, and given a priority rating
  3. Review — Your team can review, approve, or reject triaged insights in the review queue
  4. Analyze & Act — Use dashboards to spot trends, then sync approved insights to Jira Product Discovery or Productboard
