Billing
Plans, usage limits, and billing management.
ProductSights offers flexible plans to fit teams of all sizes. Manage your subscription, view usage, and update payment methods from the billing settings.
Viewing your plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- Your current plan and its limits
- Current usage (insights processed, sources connected, etc.)
- Billing cycle and next renewal date

Updating payment
From the Billing settings page, you can:
- Add or update your payment method
- View past invoices
- Download receipts
Usage limits
When you approach your plan's limits, ProductSights will notify you. If you exceed your limits:
- New feedback will be queued rather than processed
- Existing insights and analytics remain fully accessible
- Upgrade your plan to resume processing
Upgrading or downgrading
To change your plan, visit the Billing settings page and select a new tier. Changes take effect immediately:
- Upgrading — new limits apply right away
- Downgrading — takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
