Collect feedback from inbound emails.
Set up an email source to automatically ingest product feedback sent to a dedicated email address.
Setup
- Go to Settings → Sources and click Add source
- Select Email as the source type
- Configure the options:

How it works
Forward or send customer emails to your configured ingest address. ProductSights watches for new messages and processes them through the AI triage pipeline.
Content cleaning
Enable Strip email signatures and Strip quoted replies to clean up the raw content before AI processing. This helps the triage pipeline focus on the actual feedback rather than boilerplate text.
