Roadmap Sync
Push triaged insights to Jira Product Discovery and Productboard.
Roadmap Sync lets you push approved insights from ProductSights to your planning and roadmap tools. This closes the loop between customer feedback and product decisions.
Supported destinations

Setting up a sync
- Go to Settings → Sync
- Click Add integration
- Choose a destination type
- Enter the required credentials and configuration
- Map ProductSights fields to destination fields
- Save the integration
Field mapping
When configuring a sync, you map ProductSights insight fields to your destination's fields. Available source fields include:
- Summary
- Category
- Sentiment
- Priority score
- Product areas
- Original content
- Source type
- Customer information
How syncing works
Once an integration is configured:
- When an insight is approved in the review queue, it becomes eligible for sync
- ProductSights pushes the mapped fields to the configured destination
- The sync status appears on the insight detail page — Pending, Synced, or Failed
Webhook integration
For tools not directly supported, use the webhook destination to send insight data to any HTTP endpoint. The payload includes all insight fields in JSON format, so you can build custom integrations with your existing tools.
Managing integrations
From the Sync settings page:
- View the status and configuration of each integration
- Test the connection to verify credentials
- Edit field mappings
- Disable or delete integrations
